As is widely known, SANY excavators are renowned for their immense power, swift movements, and exceptional digging capabilities. They are beloved by everyone from small business owners to mining giants, ranking among the world’s most recognized excavator brands.
However, these core strengths also place high demands on the quality and performance of their bucket teeth. Poor-quality bucket teeth often suffer from defects like low strength, poor toughness, breakage, and insufficient wear resistance, which compromise performance. To address these specific requirements for SANY excavators, SUPER established a dedicated project team to develop bucket teeth optimized for SANY machines. These teeth feature exceptional impact resistance, reduced susceptibility to breakage, and enhanced wear resistance. Below, we outline our approach.

We also refined heat treatment processes, such as implementing zoned heat treatment. This ensures uniform hardness throughout the bucket teeth while strengthening vulnerable structural areas. The overall service life of our bucket teeth is 2-3 times longer than that of other suppliers.
Our design ensures perfect alignment between the bucket teeth and adapter, eliminating gaps at the connection point. This prevents wobbling during operation and avoids teeth breakage.
