About SUPER Develon Loader GET Parts
You’ll find that when Develon DL series loaders operate in bulk material stacking scenarios like coal yards and ports, the smoothness of the teeth entering the pile directly impacts operational efficiency. Our customers raised this requirement long ago, hoping we could develop drill-type bucket teeth for Develon DL series loaders to meet their clients’ needs, thereby helping them gain competitiveness and expand their business.
After years of research, development, and refinement, we have successfully produced high-performance bucket teeth for bulk material handling applications. These teeth help users reduce fuel consumption and shorten work cycles.

We began by optimizing the structural design. As we all know, the sharper an object is, the less resistance it encounters when penetrating materials, making penetration easier. Therefore, we refined the teeth tip shape to enhance its appearance while ensuring the bucket teeth’s wear resistance. The profile now resembles a blade more closely, giving the teeth superior penetration capabilities. To guarantee durability, we applied special treatments to both the teeth tips and roots, significantly strengthening their wear resistance.
We have also enhanced our casting technology to achieve a smoother surface on the bucket teeth. This prevents material adhesion to the teeth surface, enabling rapid material release and maintaining sharpness. Simultaneously, it reduces friction between the teeth surface and material, structurally lowering operating temperatures during bucket teeth use. This prevents performance degradation caused by high temperatures.
We have not only improved the bucket teeth but also refined the adapter. Our optimized adapter achieves a perfect fit with the bucket teeth, eliminating gaps and preventing teeth fractures caused by vibration or movement during operation.
SUPER's Recommendations for You
We also recommend that when handling bulk materials at ports or coal stockyards, you pay attention to controlling the angle at which the bucket enters the stockpile—avoid making it too vertical. When teeth tips show signs of wear, promptly replace them to enhance operational efficiency. Inspect the fit between the bucket teeth and adapter, check whether the condition and position of teeth pins, bolts, and other components have changed, and make timely adjustments.
