About SUPER SANY Loader Bucket Teeth & Adapters
The SW series loaders feature substantial hydraulic redundancy in their engines. When operating in large open-pit mines, highly corrosive granite quarries, or high-load handling stations, operators often use the bucket teeth tips as pry bars for forceful pushing and shoving. This causes the front end of the bucket teeth to bear 60%-70% of the combined load, leading to severe teeth failure in extreme cases.
SUPER addresses these operational demands—including mine stripping, large-scale rock loading, and metal ore handling—by offering Heavy Duty bucket teeth solutions. These teeth redefine the failure sequence, delaying the point of failure onset.

Common bucket teeth failures typically involve localized issues rather than overall wear, such as worn-down or fractured teeth tips, single-side collapse, or sudden breakage in the middle-to-rear section. SUPER has been redesigned to ensure bucket teeth failures occur in a controlled sequence, enabling long-term stable operation through precise distribution of wear allowances. Through a critical transfer method, SUPER incorporates a longitudinal reinforcement rib on the back of the bucket teeth—the area most severely eroded by material impact. This not only increases the wearable volume but also protects the adapter.
SUPER has also redesigned the structure where the adapter connects to the bucket teeth, expanding the cavity structure. The walls extend 5-9 cm toward the teeth, allowing the adapter to embed deeper into the bucket teeth. This design ensures the adapter remains well-protected during rapid movements and high-force digging, significantly reducing the risk of fracture.
